Venez découvrir de nouvelles manières de communiquer vos travaux de recherche à un public plus large.
Durant trois jours, 20 doctorants béninois suivront des sessions de formations sur la prise de parole en public, la médiation et la vulgarisation scientifique grand public, la communication sur les réseaux sociaux et la recherche de financement de recherches.
Une édition francophone de ComSciCon en Afrique
Créée en 2024 après la signature de l'agrément par l'Association "Edu4Africa", ComSciCon Bénin est la première franchise et la seule édition francophone africaine reconnue à ce jour. Elle amène au Bénin le format d’ateliers et de conférences ComSciCon qui a fait ses preuves aux États-Unis. Depuis sa création en 2013 par des étudiant·e·s de Harvard University et Massachussets Institute of Technology (MIT), plus de 500 chercheurs et chercheuses en début de carrière aux États-Unis ont bénéficié de la formation offerte par ComSciCon. De nombreuses franchises ont vu le jour au Canada, Québec et France.

ComSciCon is coming to Benin.
Come and discover new ways of communicating your research work to a wider audience.
Over three days, 20 doctoral students from Benin will take part in training sessions on public speaking, mediation and popularizing science for the general public, communication on social networks and finding research funding.
A French-speaking edition of ComSciCon in Africa
Created in 2024 following the signature of the "Edu4Africa" Association's agreement, ComSciCon Benin is the first franchise and the only recognized French-speaking African edition to date. It brings to Benin the ComSciCon workshop and conference format that has proved so successful in the United States. Since its creation in 2013 by students from Harvard University and Massachussets Institute of Technology (MIT), more than 500 early-career researchers in the United States have benefited from the training offered by ComSciCon. Numerous franchises have been set up in Canada, Quebec and France.
